[Premium-Rx] WJ Factory Fuse Body Not Wired In!

Dear list,

I took the bottom cover off my WJ-8718 for some cleanup, and noted that the
back panel fuse body is not wired to anything!

There is a 1/2 amp fuse in the body and it's screwed in to the back panel, but
the two power tabs are virgin.

What the?

Anyone???  Is there another fuse elsewhere?
