[Premium-Rx] RS-232 for RX-331 and Program

Hello.
I was just about to hook up by brand new (to me) Ten-Tec RX-331 when I 
discovered that PCs don't have serial ports any more. At least, none of the 
four that I have here has a serial port. So:

(1) Any recommendations for RS-232 plug-in boards that are known to work 
with these receivers?
(2) What software do folks like for control?
