indeed you COULD have it returned to HARRIS for a check out, albeit likely 
pretty expensive ... I know the " H " moniker determines that it has the 
Frequency hopping ability, I dont think it precludes the set from passing 
the BITE test ... if the set passes the bite test ,  I'd not concern myself 
with having it checked out .. and I would be happy to help you ship it , I 
do a good amount of exporting , and though it is a pain in the ass and I 
dont know if you ever escape the potential liabilities..  I also dont live 
in fear of it ..  if I can help let me know ..  thanx  mac/mc
