[Premium-Rx] WANTED NV RAM TO FIX WJ RX

Can anyone assist please?  I am trying to source a single LOGIC  Corp NV Ram 
IC Type L7C109W C 25L.  Or perhaps a Pin/Pin compatible  (if there is one?) in 
a SOIC J Package.
 
I can only discover these in quantities of 20x10E6 or a minimum  order cost 
of £200 GBP from the USA.
 
Your help is much appreciated.

ps. I never got anywhere with my request for a source for HF  Receiver WJ 
8700-S1 LCD displays made by Standish Industries Inc. Anyone  know if that 
company ever responds to Emails?
