[Premium-Rx] 6790 VLF

I have a 6790 that is what I suspect to be the VLF version, but it may be a
direction finding version. 

I have a DRAFT Word document describing the differences.  And, I have a
DRAFT Excel document with the radio's block diagram.  Please send me a
message off line if you would like to see these.  Once I have "finalized"
them, I will offer them for posting with the other documents.
