[Premium-Rx] Collins Filter Information?

Would anyone on the list have any information on or be able to point me to a 
source of information on the following Collins mechanical filter, which is 
currently up on that well known auction site.

Collins Mechanical Filter 75-a3 3 hz f455b-3

The seller claims that it has a 3Hz bandwidth but I'f like o know more about 
it.
