In my country, it used to be, that if you took money and did interstate 
commerce, it was considered prudent to be damn sure there wasn't a lot 
of visible fraud going on in your organization. It was also harder to 
maintain a huge market cap with products and services that often didn't 
work well. Then, someone started marketing healthcare.
