[Premium-Rx] racal ra1795 options query

Hi, 
    Does anyone have an idea of the full options list for  the 1795, my 
manual covers the usual options, but after the last one about the  remote control 
option, ( O S or D) , mine both have another option not mentioned  in the 
manual, one is /F and the other is /U,  IE. B1/JE/S3/D/F any ideas  most welcome, 
and have a great 2006, Dave.
