Hi,

  The book shows seven different versions for the 791592  A3 board  ( -1 
thru -7)  all but dash 4 use a 10 ohm resistor for R30 and the dash 4 uses a 
22 ohm resistor.  FL1 in the dash 4 version has the filter replaced with 
several resistors.  This info is out a NAV version book dated 10/83.

  Your radio probably uses the infamous red end tantalum caps.  When they 
fail they tend to damage things around them.  I would change these caps to 
mil spec m39003 series.

WJ 8718 / Module A3 ( First & Second Mixer Module )

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone who has the
WJ8718 manual could please check their Manual to let
me know the resistance value of R-30 which is the
Resistor on the Second Mixer board (370646 ) right
behind the 10.7MHz Crystal Second IF Filter.

My book only shows the earlier version Second Mixer
Board where apparently they did not use this resistor.

I am trying to repair the module and need to know the
resistance value of R30.

A3 module I got here, inidicates RevB for the module
and RevA for the 370646 board.
