[Premium-Rx] Question re Cubic & TCI receivers

Can someone tell me about these receivers?


  -  Cubic Receiver, HF, R-3110
     This appears to be two receivers in a single 19" rack section.  Is 
the R-3110 simply an R-3030 without the local front panel controls?
     Is PC-based software available to control this receiver, or do I 
need a dedicated Cubic box to control it?


  -  TCI HFDF Receiver System 9250-R HF Receiver, and
     TCI Model 4070 Wideband Receiver
     Again, this appears to be two receivers in a single 19" rack 
section.  Both receivers are labelled "RA 6830 JD HFDF RECEIVER" on the 
rear panel, but the two receivers have different rear panel connections.
     Is the Racal 6830 similar to the GM 6790?  Why do these two 6830 JD 
receivers have different rear panel connections?
