I would like to give some impressions on this radio.

I got the radio last month.It was DOA and I have no manual or any
documentation of the radio.

After first study of the inside I found that it could be powered by an
external 24V source.

I hooked it up and fired.

The radio came up alive and I began looking for other problems.

Small issues Cables connectors were rectified and the unit was tested
against my Collins 2050 and wj 8718.

My impression is that this is a real end of the rainbow unit.very easy to
operate and the ssb quality is superb.

The tiny buil tin speaker is not enough so I hooked an external and the
sound came pouring in.

The construction of the radio Is Europe-German Style Aluminum MOLD like R/S
built for battle.

The radio is great and as far I can tell a real winner.

I am goin' to separate theHead unit from the main box as soon as I get some
needed info about basic cables and commands ,To run the radio via a PC.

I would like to thank Stephan Larrsen of this fine group for his support and
effort,A real Gentelman.
