[Premium-Rx] RA-6790GM front end FETs ....part numbers?

Hi Guys,

Well as I plough my way thru alignment issues etc., I have come to realize
that I should start looking for replacement FET's for the first mixer. Those
of you who have replaced them, I would appreciate hearing from you as to
what you have replaced them with. From what I can see in another dead A2
module I have, they look like 1S330 or something like that, and a mfr logo
SS or SI, something I don't recognize. Of course, they aren't listed in the
parts list. In the manual for the 1792, they actually show the U1 module
schematic and show the FETs as BSV81. I imagine these would work if I could
find them and match them.
