[Premium-Rx] WJ DRO-333A

Hello All,

Looking for info on how to program the 333A. UHF offset seems to be properly set (for me) to 60mhz, but I need to know how to set the VHF to 21.4mhz. Manual is too $$$ ! 

Also looking for BCD output connector information if anyone has it.
