[Premium-Rx] (Premium-RX) WJ-8718 Receiver, Volume Control Pot

To all aficionados,
anyone out there who might be able to help me with an affordable volume control
pot, new or used, please.
Mine makes a sudden jump during the first 5° of arc starting from fully
counter-clockwise.
This pot is an Allen-Bradley 70 P 3 NO 56 L 253 A (or U), 2 x 25 kOhms, 1 W, also
shown as R2 on the Lower Panel Control circuit. Apparently is has a linear
characteristic, a logarithmic would be better for this application, but anything
goes...
