That's pretty much the way it is everywhere really, except for a couple of
surplus dealers here and there, mostly outside of the US.

FINDING premium receivers is a large part of the game. Then it often becomes
getting them to work / restoration.

If you get REAL lucky, occasionally a Premium shows up at a hamfest.


Speaking of hamfests... Radio Expo at Grayslake, IL is this weekend. Just
for grins (and to watch the Collins collectors / R390 nuts wet thier pants)
I'm thinking REAL HARD about bringing out my R389 for sale! Still thinning
the tube receiver collection here. 

Don't expect any baragins on it tho...  I'm thinking juicy trading fodder,
or E-Place prices in cash!   <<grin>>
