[Premium-Rx] Remote control software for Racal 6790GM

I'm sure this has been covered before, but I couldn't find the info when I searched!  Anyway, I live on the tropical island of Samui, Thailand.  I have a Racal 3701 receiver for my own use, but I also have a 'spare' 6790GM receiver which I would like to link up to the internet and allow remote tuning.
 
Although my location is pretty remote (200 metres from the beach and not near any towns etc), I can get a leased line internet connection installed for a reasonable cost.
 
Can anyone point me to suitable software to hook my 6790 up to the internet?
