[Premium-Rx] Russian Katran R399A receiver

Hello,

I am scheduled to test drive and eventually pick up two receivers this
Saturday. One is a Russian R399A "KATRAN" and the other is a Hungarian ML
REV-251M. Both are modern synthesized shortwave receivers made in the late
80s.
I would appreciate any comments on these receivers. I already know that the
REV-251M is prone to failure caused by Tantal electrolytics going bad.
