I am sure others know more than I do about this, but last I heard, I think
Thales had bought up the remains of ITT Mackay and moved out of the old
North Carolina facility.  There were a bunch of incomplete MSR- series HF
transceivers on eBay a couple of years ago which were apparently pulled off
the N.C. production line and sold as scrap.

If nobody provides that contact, you might be able to track them down
through Thales.
