[Premium-Rx] Receiver info - USSR R155P?

Hi,

Since when does Prem-RX equate to forklift ballast?

I last saw one of these (FRR-59) in 1970. It made my BC-779B Novice RX 
look like an ultra-light.

The latter radio also doesn't cost as much as an RF-590; if you can find 
one. Manuals are in English.
