[Premium-Rx] Racal RA6778 firmware listing needed, and eprom longevity...

Another possibility -- sometimes one device (like an EPROM reader/burner)
can read a PROM that doesn't work in its original device.  Try cloning the
bad EPROM before giving up entirely.
