That is what I have done. I replace the stock ones with 35 volt units.
I have had so many of the original ones fail that I am considering just
shotgun replacement of all the tantalums next time one of the originals fails in
one of the Racals.

When you replace these, bump the voltage rating up. They fail when they
aren't derated sufficiently (e.g., 16V tantalum on +15V supply bus).
They *seem* to be pretty reliable if you double the WV rating.
