[Premium-Rx] Beacon Hunting

Hi all,
The RA6830 hardware works very well down to 50 KHz before sensitivity
rolls off similar to the R3030. It only requires the software to allow
tuning to zero.
Usually the IEEE488 versions cut off at 500 KHz while the RS232
versions tune down to zero. fc

Hello Sid,
I'm not an expert, but both my Skanti's R5001 and my S.P.Radio R1120 seem
to do very fine on LW. Better than my Aor 7030+.
Both the Skanti and the S.P. (Sailor) are disigned for that purpose, where
as the 7030 and many other RX's like that seem to be designed for good
shortwave reception. MW and LW come in a second place.
