[Premium-Rx] Siemens chip info needed

This is the chip Eskab used in the PLAM board for the ICOM R70/71 etc.  I
always thought it worked very well., esp with the narrow lock range so
useful in crowded situations. Even finding the chip back then was something
I wasn't able to do.
