[Premium-Rx] List Server was Down

Hi Gang ...

As some of you have noticed, the Premium-Rx list has been non-functional 
since last Thursday. My thanks to Nigel and Michael for telling me! It's 
not unusual for the list to be quiet for a few days at a time, but I might 
not have noticed the problem for awhile if these members hadn't tried to 
post unsuccessfully, and let me know.

Apparently, the anti-spam software my ISP uses was upgraded last week, and 
for reasons I won't go into, it decided that all traffic to the list 
address was an attempt to use islandnet as a relay - a favorite tactic of 
spammers.

Glitches often happen when upgrades are made. I accept this as the price 
paid for the otherwise excellent spam control my ISP uses! Thanks for your 
patience - I'm sure others tried to post and were frustrated!
