[Premium-Rx] 3030 stuck in audio mute

 hi All,
This is a good one. I was giving my 3030A a final check before shipping it
and found something interesting. I was checking the RCL
memory function and selected a channel with random data. This threw the
radio into audio mute. The only way out was to RCL 
another memory channel with valid data to turn the audio back on. I have run
into this a couple times and once almost took the radio
apart. The main clue for being in this weird mode is no AGC display as if it
was in manual agc.   fc
