OK, I scored one a these at the Richmond, Va hogfest today for an insanely 
cheap amount.  Guy almost paid me to take it.  Of course it's crapped out... 
symptoms are it tunes OK, LEDs are fine, but will not receive. Has "computer 
noise" in AM/CW/SSB modes, but a nice rushing noise in FM mode.  Suspect LO 
or IF problem, but I haven't even had time to pop the hood yet.

ANy ideas, and anyone know of a manual online?
