[Premium-Rx] Watkins Johnson Docs

Gentlemen, I've got a WJ 8718A/MFP with no docs.  It was working fine, then
went squirrelly -- it lights up and displays but I don't have any control
and no audio.  The microprocessor reset code I have (999*) doesn't appear to
do anything but I may not be 'applying' it correctly.  Can anyone point me
to docs (User/Service Manuals) or information about this wonderful machine?
