AFAIK 600 ohm single ended audio at around 0 dbm. As was common
in WJ gear of that era, this is on BNC connectors rather than balanced
terminal strips as seems common today in broadcast gear...
The eBay item is obviously a 80s era FSK converter with a fancy
scope display of various things including I think some kind of input
spectrum display...
It has a RS-232ish level output somewhere... plus audio at the
mark and space IF frequency (few khz) for a cross type external display.
It can be used as two independant HF FSK demods, a space or
frequency diversity FSK demod, or a 4 tone DFSK demod (if there is any
of the 4 tone MFSK stuff left - it was common in the Soviet era).
The eBay unit, like almost all NSA gear of the era is 488
controllable.
