You might want to check out the AD607 from Analog Devices. It has all the
basic blocks needed, although if you want to do a Costas loop or sideband
selectable demod, you'll need external circuitry.
I have one of these and am playing around (slowly) with it. If I actually
finish working with it, I'll drop a note to the list.
