[Premium-Rx] WJ-8888B battery

Hello Group,
 
Does anyone know where to get hold of a (memory) battery for
the WJ-8888B (front register, A22).
The manual says: "BT1", manufacturers part no. 3/CH22ST made
by Union Carbide.
UC couldn't help.
 
What would be an apropiate replacement (rechargable)
battery?
What are the exact specs for that?
 
Other than that,- has any had experiences with comparing the
WJ-8888B with a WJ-8716 (incl. PRE). 
Any thoughts abaout that?
