[Premium-Rx] A new twist on the eBay scam.

Gents, has anyone contacted eBay to complain and inform them of this clown? Recently, someone bid one of the 3792's up to over $500K just to mess with him, which I have been tempted to do. He has to pay fact ebay for their fees---problem is he can post a bad feedback on you as well.
Some weeks the Racal listings are pockmocked with his scams.
