[Premium-Rx] Differences between Harris RF-590A and R-2368/URR???

According to the Harris website, it seems the R-2368 is an economical  
version of the RF-590A.  When comparing the specs, the R-2368 seems to have  less 
sensitivity.  Can anybody confirm this?
