[Premium-Rx] Racal Type Number Catalogue

I have volumes 1 and 2 of the 1996 edition of the Racal Type Number Catalogue, which covers "major equipment produced" and details of same. There are four volumes, volumes 3 covers pcb's and parts of the major equipment, and volume 4 cover special and one-off equipment.
 
I am looking for volumes 3 and 4.  Does someone have same? I will pay copy or scan costs.
