[Premium-Rx] Premium Rx Website Extreme Makeover

Hi gang ...

The Premium Rx website has had a facelift. During a recent visit here by 
our founder, Prof Bailey (aka Mr. Microwave) I had a chance to view the 
website on his 'older' laptop. Some changes were obviously needed to the site!

So I changed the theme to a simpler look that should show up better on a 
wider range of monitor types, and eliminated a page that has not developed 
as I'd hoped.

If you access the site, be sure to "refresh" each page that you access. 
Otherwise your browser may helpfully give a strange version of the old site 
with many things missing.

Please let me know if anything has come unstuck in this revamp.
