[Premium-Rx] Limits on Message Size

Hi all!
Just a note to remind everyone that posts to the Premium-Rx list may not be
more than 40KB. Longer messages are rejected by the server. A recent
attempt to post a 165K message would have used up 53MB of our allotted
bandwidth for the month.
Rejected messages usually result from an Attachment (who is going to type
in 160KB of text???). So I strongly recommend that you do NOT use
attachments of any kind. Many people (including myself) automatically
delete - without opening - any message with an attachment, unless it is
expected.
Some lists reject any message with an attachment; some reject any HTML;
others won't allow hyperlinks/URLs/etc. I don't want to do any of these
things, trusting to our subscribers to manage themselves and keep our list
as free of rules as possible.
Thanks!
Jan & Greg
