And that's were the rubber really meets the road.  Somebody 
with some on-the-air experience ought to sit down with this 
and a premium receiver side by side and chase weak signals 
for a while.

14-bits isn't a lot of dynamic range when you have to 
measure down from the strongest signal coming off the 
antenna across the entire 1-30 MHz spectrum.
