These rack fasteners are a stud that's threaded on each end, one fits the
standard 10-32 rack threads and the other fits a knurled black anodized cap.
You first insert the studs, then remove the caps and guide the unit into
position and secure it with the caps.   Neat, safe solution.  Same source
also sells conventional rack fasteners.
