The guy has also tried to sell the same KWM-380 a hundred or so times.
Every time I see this guy show up I notify eBay as it's obviously
fraudulent.

He claims to be various places - Andorra, Great Britain, etc., but seems to
have NTSC high-end TVs for sale.

What baffles me is that people actually bid on his auctions.
