[Premium-Rx] Help w/8718AMFP

I'm seeking help from any of the members
on a fix for my 8718A/MFP.

After a few hours of warmup, the tuning indication
starts going in the wrong direction -- probably an
encoder issue.

If thereis anyone on the list that could offer
their technical skills in repairing this, I would
greatly appreciate it.
