[Premium-Rx] Cubic 3030

I've recently aquired three Cubic 3030 chassis.  They were supposed to
be complete radios, but they were not, infact only one has a front
pannel while none have any cards.  All three, however, appear brand new.
 Hour meter shows just more than 200 hours on each.  

I intend to keep the one with the front pannel and eventually populate
it with cards.  The other two chassis are available to members of the
list, for trade of a few cards.
