[Premium-Rx] Help locating crystal filters, 455 Khz USB, LSB and 42.905 Mhz Roofing

With all this talk about roofing filters, I've been thinking about the
same thing.  I see the 40.455Mhz variety in different BW, but my radio
uses the 42.905 at 25Khz wide and I'd like to go narrower.  Also like to
find a pair of LSB/USB filters at 455 Khz at something narrower than
3Khz.  Has everybody else struck out here, or are there un-tapped junk
boxes filled with goodies for sale?
