Mike - haven't gotten that far yet.  I suspect that the rest of the noise is
radiating from the radio itself - the top cover is missing.  Probably in
outer orbit with all the missing SP-600 cabinets, R-390 covers, and SX-28
dial locks.

Anyone happen to have a spare R-3030A top cover?
