And the other thing that is often overlooked is that it has a built in 
tracking generator / signal generator, with 1 Hz resolution.  It is a 
really versatile piece of test gear, and can be used for many things 
other than it's original purpose.  The  75 Ohm version is easily  used 
on 50 Ohms thanks to the offset function.   It also makes a great qrp 
power meter, and can do a lot of what a spectrum analyzer does, with 
patience.  I've used mine for crystal testing for making filters, and 
building and testing WWVB antennas.
