One of my regular local buyers who had bid on an auction  on ebay told me 
that after losing the sale, he had offers of TWO more, much  along the schemes 
seen here in the last few weeks, the relevant bits are  reproduced below, keep a 
lookout! one sent to him by CePrapadit, the other from  danrpg1979 (both 
appear on my emails without the (@aol.com) as I use AOL as  well.

Hi,

I have for  sale RACAL RA3791 DSP COMMUNICATIONS RECEIVER and the price that 
I want is  1,800pounds. I`m located in Netherlands and will take 2 days for 
the delivery. I  will pay the shipping costs and insurance and also the custom  
taxes.
The unit is new brand, never used and have 2 years of  waranty. All the paper 
and manual are included. The payment have to be done  through MoneyGram and
