[Premium-Rx] Collins Mechanical Filters

As mentioned elsewhere, the R-388/51J3 has single element crystal
filter only. The 51J-4 uses F500B series filters, which usually sell
for >> $100. The B case filters are a large rectangular case with
plug-in pins.
