These scammers evidently harvest names and item descriptions off eBay and
respond with these offers to sell the same item for a  low price.  It
probably works for some items but gets pretty ridiculous - like one recent
case where a fellow was offered "three (3) new FT-1000 MP -IV's shipped to
my
address for $1400.00."
