Putting the callsign DK4ZB into Google turns up a bunch of references to someone calling himself "Felix" who has spammed all sorts of other lists with offers of premium mostly-foreign receivers, with practically a word-for-word message as Greg quoted.

The e-mail addresses are all different, however.

I imagine he has gotten a lot of interest from persons in Nigeria who want to send him a cashier's check for several times the price, requesting that he wire them the change after he's shipped the radio.
