[Premium-Rx] Source for AFFORDABLE WJ8615(S1) IF Filters?

Hi Gary & Group,

WJ 8615-D and S1 filters are the same animal, so base choice is wider than
you may think.  Looking inside, you'll see that physical size is an extreme
constraint.  Also be aware that for each filter, there is an accompanying
board that tells the processor what filter is in which slot, what
demodulator should be associated with each filter, and sets gains associated
with audio and video outputs.

Frankly, I'm surprised the filters are so "cheap" via DRS Technologies.  I
once got a quote from Tektronix for $665.00 for a 2716 Prom with no firmware
burned... I've always hoped that was an error, but who knows.

When pulling 8615 boards for info gathering, be very careful, as there are a
number of coaxes from the chassis directly to certain boards...disconnect
coaxes before yanking a board.

You are correct that the IF filters are 21.4MHz center freq.
