I don't mind be reading notices of Premium Receivers on this list. In fact,
if this was not allowed
I would have never known about Terry O's incredible WJ RASP system. Few of
us, outside
of those who work for the NSA will ever see such a system. But wait a
minute, was
it not I who posted the notice to the list?

   With the understanding that it remain very relevant to PREMIUM
RECEIVERS.. I have been helped far more times by others offering up NOTICES
of items for sale or offerings at various other sites, than I could ever
monitor on my own..
  It doesn't seem to have been an issue before now, and wont be , this group
is the best of all the 6 that I participate in..
  And if these concerns do become an issue, then we dump the noticing
practices.. until then , lets try it.. and I thought it was a good idea that
we include in the subject field the FS  WTB , so those who want, can just
dump that message and go right on by..
