Referance is made to your message dated Sep.6 for the captioned matter.



I had similar problems and it seems to have been cured now.

Please try as followings;

Please check the voltage on TP5 and adjust otherwise +5.2  +- 0.01 volt by

 turning R16. It seems that this voltage is essential for the Synthesizer locking.

Racal used very high quality components, but the volume is an weak

 component in aging.
